Made-to-Order Physical Products
Our coil-bound printed books and apparel are made to order by third-party production partners. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Coil-Bound Printed Books
Lulu normally requires approximately 3–5 business days to produce a book after the order is approved. Carrier transit time begins after production is complete. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best estimate available for the selected destination and shipping method.
Print-on-Demand Apparel
Apparel production and delivery times vary by product, print provider, destination, and shipping method. Available shipping charges and estimates are displayed at checkout before payment.
Separate Shipments
Books and apparel may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Shipping Charges and Tracking
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once production or shipment begins, an address may no longer be changed. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
International Orders
When international shipping is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees unless checkout states otherwise.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
Contact us with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the issue with the fulfillment provider or carrier and explain the available resolution.
